BROK RETURN POLICY
All Special Order returns of bROK products should be initiated within 30 days of placing your original order and only if the bROK product is unused and in its original condition.
In the event that you need to return your Special Order for a refund, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping to our Ohio location.
Once the exchange fee is paid, a pre-paid return label generated and will be emailed to you so you can send the original hitch back to us. Once we receive the product, we will issue a full refund.
Hitches must be returned in original packaging and be secured so they do not arrive damaged. Products that are damages will not be refunded. You are responsible for any damage to the product including damage incurred by shipping.
